No one must abuse the law. Lawlessness on the roads, not just taxis but young adults, the rich owing fancy cars have made driving on our roads an absolute menace. They give you bright lights, tailgate you on busy roads and want to run you off the road as if they own the road. We must rate as the worst drivers in the world.
