Sorry Scott but on this topic we disagree… Israel is a sovereign state and as such has the right to defend itself… They do not have to allow any non-citizen into their territory. Sorry Scott but here I have to disagree with you…. The “protesters” were from an informal settlement that were unhappy that they had to pay the increased Electricity tariffs and NO longer got free 50KWh as they hadn’t applied for indigent status allowing for this… They are mostly “Eastern Cape” imports into the Western Cape..

So if “Frankfort” can’t change its “loadshedding” schedule and MUST adhere to the EKSDOM schedule…. PLEASE explain how the CoCT can be allowed to a different “loadshedding” schedule to that supplied by EKSDOM by the mere fact that they too are augmenting the usage by generating their own “in-house” electricity
