Flash: The Constitutional Court ruled a short while ago that the Department of Justice and Correctional Services must release Janusz Waluś on parole.
Waluś was sentenced to life in prison after killing activist Chris Hani in 1993. The Minister of Justice rejected Waluś’s parole application in 2020.Waluś has already spent 28 years behind bars and was eligible for parole 15 years ago. He should be released in 10 days.
