So the video of a PowerFM interview of Rupert stating he has an “army in SANTACO” is common public knowledge, however the intricate details of why he made such a bold claim are never spoken of. It’s known Rupert touched on his claim a bit, by mentioning the late chair of SANTACO & Eskom Jabu Mabuza was his go to guy, but still the more in depth intricate details remain illusive.

SANTACO was formed in 2001, primarily to be the dominant national taxi association, & destroy the existing independent taxi association called TOP SIX, of which was the biggest taxi association in Africa, not affiliated with any political agenda, & TOP SIX founders were executed in brazey mafia style or killed with poison that is hard to trace such as Methyl Iodide. It was the independent TOP SIX taxi association that told Government boldly that they must stuff their R1.1 billion relief package during the pandemic, as it amounted to less than R5 000 per taxi yet taxis were stopped from operating while airplanes were not.

Of the commercial banks in SA, through cross ownership, Johann Rupert effectively owns 17% of Standard Bank, 34% of FNB, & 55% of Nedbank. If you are a member of the SANTACO executive you’re financed by the commercial banking sector, to own a garage that salls Quantums. Rupert further influences the ANC to give tenders to SANTACO members such as the recent schools nutrition program tenders- SANTACO members made a clean sweep in KZN.

Communities are not allowed to strike and close roads where SANTACO taxis operates. The executive sends taxi patrollers to scare marchers even shoot at them. Leaders & organisers of the march will get death threats from unknown people telling them if they disturb roads, taxi bosses loose money and it will be painful if this organiser ever thinks to do that again. Even if the alternative taxi association the NTA tries to complain about the ever increasing petrol price, they told there’ll be bloodshed if they ever close “their” roads.

As it’s clear of Rupert’s capture of the ANC National Executive Committee means the whole ANC is captured, the same modus operandi is applied to SANTACO. SANTACO executives live in multimillion Rand mansions, especially the current SANTACO president, who upon election received a multimillion Rand property in the same Lion’s Head neighborhood that the ANC & country’s President bought a property in Cape Town. SANTACO executives has shares in THEMBISA MALL, owns bank financed petrol garages where it’s compulsory for Ivory Park Taxi Association (ITPA) taxis to put petrol, & can’t go to their alternative petrol stations.

A certain individual (I will not name), was recently parolled by Government from his jail term and given 4 brand new Quantums. If you were to search old news paper articles using the name you will get to understand how dangerous he is. He came out to fight against NTA on behalf of SANTACO, because NTA secured all the routes for long distance within a vicinity I will not name to not give away the individual’s identity.

If Rupert’s “army” is after you, they have people inside the banks. Once you use your bank they are told where is the transaction happening. The hit men then rush to your location. Not to mention that Rupert also owns the company Tracker©, of which all new bank financed Quantums are compulsory fitted with, therefore Rupert knows the exact location of any target using a Quantum.
