The Democratic Alliance (DA) has weighed in on the latest Crime Stats which depicted failure in Bheki Cele’s Ministry. DA Shadow Minister of Police Andrew Whitfield MP lamented that since Bheki Cele was appointed as the Minister of Police in 2018 nearly 130 000 South Africans have been brutally murdered by violent criminals who roam the streets with impunity.
