MAN MURDERED ON SMALL HOLDING ON HIS BIRTHDAY-WANDA OLIVIER

WESTERN CAPE. – Jose Camacho, 77, or Jose Fernando Casmetre, was killed on Thursday morning on his birthday on a smallholding outside Vredenburg on the West Coast.

Sergeant. Wesley Twigg says the deceased’s body was found with head injuries and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A suspect (s) fled the scene.

Vredenburg police have registered a murder case. The motive for the attack is part of the police investigation.

Very sad news. Jose Camacho of the West Coast was brutally murdered this morning on his smallholding just outside Vredenburg. He was involved with Stock Cars for a long time. Our sympathy goes out to his 3 children and grandchildren
