Manhunt Underway After Man Found Stabbed to Death at Polokwane Bus Terminal

The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Westernburg has launched a manhunt for suspects following the murder of a 30-year-old man at a bus terminal in Ladine on Monday evening.

According to police, officers were conducting routine patrol duties at approximately 18:15 when they received a complaint regarding a murder at the Ladine bus terminal. Upon arrival at the scene, they found members of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) already in attendance.

EMS personnel had declared the male victim dead after he sustained multiple stab wounds to his back, thighs, and legs.

The victim was found lying on the ground. He was wearing black trousers, a grey T-shirt, and Nike takkies.

The deceased was positively identified by a relative as Ronald Moloto, a 30-year-old resident of Mabokelele village in Moletji.

Authorities have stated that the motive for the killing is not yet known. No arrests have been made, and police have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
