Two Arrested for Suspected Stock Theft

South African Police Service (SAPS) members in Philipstown arrested two men, aged 28 and 36, for suspected livestock theft on Sunday.

Police acted on information about individuals selling meat in the Lukhanyisweni area. Upon investigation, they found the suspects in possession of sheep carcasses and unable to account for them.

Both suspects were charged with stock theft. They are awaiting a court appearance in the Philipstown Magistrate’s Court.
