A 45-year-old male contractor will appear before the Lebowakgomo Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 12 January 2026, on a charge of theft.
His arrest on Sunday, 11 January 2026, follows a report filed at Moletlane SAPS. A complainant alleged she paid a substantial amount to the contractor for construction services in Moletlane Village, Makiting. After the payment was made into the company’s account, no services were rendered and all communication ceased.
Police investigations continue.
