Katlego Gift Legjane (19) appeared in the Middelburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 05 January 2026, charged with murder.
The charge relates to an incident on 01 January 2026 at approximately 03:50 in Uitkyk, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, where a man was fatally stabbed.
Police arrested the suspect in Uitkyk later that same day.
The court postponed the case to 12 January 2026 for a formal bail application. The suspect remains in custody.
