KZN VIP Medical Teams responded to reports of a serious motor vehicle accident along the N2 in the vicinity of the KwaMashu interchange. Upon arrival, medical personnel assessed the driver, who had sustained serious injuries.
According to information provided by the driver, a rock was thrown through the vehicle’s windscreen, causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash. The driver further reported that he was robbed of his personal belongings prior to the arrival of emergency services.
The patient received medical care on scene before being transported to a medical facility for further treatment.
