A coordinated takedown operation resulted in the arrest of two suspects on charges of drug dealing in the Bridgton area of Oudtshoorn this week.
The operation, conducted on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, was a joint effort by members attached to the Western Cape Organised Crime Investigations unit and the Garden Route District Crime Intelligence.
Acting on a search warrant, the police team raided a premise located on 11th Avenue in Bridgton. The operation led to the seizure of a quantity of tik and 300 Mandrax tablets.

In addition to the drugs, authorities confiscated a Volkswagen Polo TSI, which is alleged to have been used in the commission of the offences. The two suspects are expected to face charges of dealing in drugs.
