A multi-agency operation led to the arrest of a 42-year-old male suspect for possession of a suspected stolen motor vehicle in the Mokopane area of the Waterburg District on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.
The arrest was conducted by the Anti-Smuggling Task Team, in conjunction with the Provincial Tracking Team and supported by private security companies.
The suspect is scheduled to appear before the Mokopane Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 14 November 2025, where he will face a formal charge of possession of a suspected stolen motor vehicle.
Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
